All of the Saints of Braj and many other places came to the Shyama Shyam Dham ashram in Vrindavan during the Akhand Sankirtan held on 30th November 2013, to pay their respects to Shri Maharaj Ji, Jagadguru Shree Kripalu ji Maharaj. They offered their flower tributes to Jagadguru Shree Kripalu ji Maharaj during a ceremony. There was also 24-hour continuous kirtan at Shyama Shyam Dham and a parikrama of Shree Maharajji throughout Vrindavan. On December 2nd, there was Brahman Bhoj held at Prem Mandir, Vrindavan for Vishisht Sadhus of Braj; the following day Sadhu bhoj was held at Prem Mandir where around 7000 sadhus were given a feast, money and gift bags. The next day, all of Vrindavan’s 5000 widows were given a grand feast, money, lavish gift bags and medical assistance. After Vrindavan, the commemorative ceremonies are currently being held at the nearby holy town of Barsana Dham. Read more and view pictures at The Vrindavan Times for details.
